Name: Muonionalusta
Location: Kiruna, Norrbotten, Sweden
Type: Octahedrite, Fine, IVA

Found June 7, 1963, about 3.5 km ENE of the village of Kitkiojoki, Sweden.
The meteorite was found by Mr. Carl Henriksson in excavated material used for
the construction of a causeway. The meteorite is now in the possession of the
Swedish Museum of Natural History (Stockholm, Sweden).
A total of 230 kilograms was recovered.

This meteorite was published in the Meteoritical Society Bulletin No. 28
