Name: Parnallee
Location: Madura District, Tamil Nadu, India
Type: Olivine-hypersthene chondrite, Amphoterite Brecciated, LL3
Parnallee fell on February 28, 1857, after detonations, two stones,
one of about 134 Lbs and the other of 37 lbs, were seen to fall. Parnallee
was to contain lithium, previously unknown in meteorites.
This meteorite was published in the Meteoritical Society Bulletin No. 83
